As a non-surgical treatment, this procedure is largely pain-free and only takes around 30 minutes for most clients. We use very fine and small needles and ensure our patients are as comfortable as possible.
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least
48 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours or for which clients are a “NoShow” will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount
Remember that if you are over 20 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule vour service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 2o or more minutes into vour scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled
Deposits are non-refundable, but one transfer will be honoured if the booking is rescheduled 48 hours prior to the appointment.
All brow touch-up appointments that fall into the ‘6-8 week touch-up’ will need to be scheduled within the 8-week time frame. Failing to attend this appointment will incur additional touch-up fees upon the next appointment.

All new clients with existing work will be charged at the full price of £210 with an optional choice for the touch up appointment®
All new clients who have not had previous microblading or pmu work will required 2 appointments. If the second appointment is missed this will affect the retention and lasting effect of your brows and will be the fault of the client.
